HAIR

We inspect and secure all hair before being sent out. Please reach out if there is problem with anything and we will try our best to rectify the issue. NO REFUNDS ON HAIR unless never delivered. 

Clothing

We do not accept anything that does not have the original tag and packaging. We will not accept returns if items have odor or are worn. We only do exchange if we have another size. All of our items are true to size. Please check the details of each item before ordering. If no size is available you can return for a store credit or we will let you know if that item will be restocked. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FIRST.

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS IF NOT WORKING. AND A NEW ITEM WILL BE SENT OUT AS SOON AS YOU RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEM. NO REFUNDS
